Samsung Electronics has more than tripled the size of its recently launched Samsung Apps store in many of its major European, Asian and Latin American markets on June 1, 2010.

The store is currently offered in the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Turkey, Spain, Sweden, Poland, Singapore, Hong Kong and Russia, with more than 80 countries and 100 carriers around the world to follow with the Wave launch, the company’s first device to run its bada open smartphone platform .

The Samsung Apps Facebook fan page lets members get information on the latest promotions offered at the application store. The official Facebook URL is www.facebook.com/SamsungApps.
